Shipping Policy

Orders are processed after payment has been received and verified. Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders with international shipping addresses cannot be fulfilled.

All orders ship via tracked shipping. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information.

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mountainforgelabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or the delivery date, respectively, so we can assist with a resolution.
